The principle owners and operators of the business are Amanda & Jonathan Clapham. We moved to West Wight from the New Forest in 2017 looking for a coastal lifestyle. We have been involved separately in Estate Agency & Property Management during our careers on the mainland. Once we settled down to West Wight life we decided to pool our resources and establish a niche property business on the Island.
Using our wide experience in the property sector we began by offering a Property Finding & Search Service to individuals wishing to buy a home on the Island. Discovering that Island property finding opportunities to be cyclical and rare we have since developed a less niche operation. Our vacant property inspection services are offered to a wide range of clients – residential, retail and commercial.
Our services are concentrated in the West Wight region of the Isle of Wight which includes West Cowes, Gurnard, Shorwell and Chale.

Jonathan Clapham
Early days involved working as a management trainee for the family construction firm which built large steel framed buildings . In pursuit of a career in the agricultural industry studied farm management at RAC Cirencester and Seale -Hayne College.
My other main interest, the property business, resulted in a move into residential property development and student lettings in Southampton. I undertook property finding for contacts wishing to get involved in the buy to let market. We established an Estate Agency & Property Management company which operated from our Bedford Place premises in Southampton. Experience developing, managing and selling buildings, interacting with clients, contractors and the general public is the foundation for our business on the Isle of Wight.

Amanda Clapham
After working on several New Homes sites , for GA Property Services, I was recruited as Field Sales Manager for Cherrywood Homes Ltd – a subsidiary of British Land Plc. I managed a large team, selling new homes over the whole of the South of England. Predominantly retirement homes. Alongside this my role involved the day to day management of these sites and dealing with both residents and contractors.
